People shouldn't do such things like that. Less parts in a movie, because I am gay? Not the answer! It's love, no matter what people say, it's who you love and nobody can control that! Like for example, their was this movie on Lifetime, "Prayers for Bobby" I believe is what it was called. His mom wouldn't except him for being gay, so he killed himself.. People need to seriously lay off. If you don't like gay people, than leave them be! We have our own rights of freedom, and what we choose makes us happy, so be it!!!~ <33 Modified by Jules to change the pink font (sorry Chy, but it was ]sooo hard to read! then why are people afriad to say it in public? Because of what other people will think of them once it is told.

Answer: Because they're not treated eqeally, and their looked at like their nothing, all because they like the same gender. David Hyde Pierce, a wonderful actor, and one of the most kindest men you could ever meet! He's gay, so what? I've never met a gay person, but I would love to because they look so nice. I'm young, so I may not meet one till I grow up, but yeah, seriously, leave DHP and other gay people alone!

One of my friends in high school came out at the leavers' do and had some horrible homophobic comments from people who were supposed to be her friends

That is sad. I hate how people judge people just because they are gay. People have no respect now a days.

It's sad that we still need to fight for our rights (us gays, lesbians, bi-sexuals and transsexuals). Even in countries like mine (the netherlands) who say that they accept homo-sexuality we still need to fight. This saturday there's a big gay pride parade planned but the government already said that they are gonna stop that parade with violence! A gay celebrity from the netherlands (my favorite singer) who also participates in the euro vision song contest, said he was gonna boycot the contest cause it's being held in russia.
WE ARE ALL CREATED EQUAL!

It's not my government that is so bad but the russian government in this situation. And those sort of things happen in a lot of countries like african countries and arabic countries. In the netherlands (holland) the government does accept homo-sexuality but it's some people in holland that don't accept homo-sexuality. Those people cause all sorts of problems to gay people from calling a gay couple names to beating gay people up.

I'm expecting some insulting comments at the very least this weekend as I am going to my local gay pride day in Blackpool with some gay mates, and last year my mate Rob was glassed in the arm by a lad who quite cleatly was drunk. I thought we were supposed to be an inclusive sociecty, how can we be when drunken lads attack innocent people. Fortunatley we have managed to persuade him to come along this year, but I am upset that the actions of just one person can almost stop someone going to an event he enjoys.

Unfortunatly that's going on every day. In Iran people get the death penalty just for being openly gay.

In Spain, marriages of same sex couples have been legal for several years. But still, there are people, institutions, authorities that can't understand (or don't want) it and are still fighting against it, using the image of family (well, their image of their ideal family) to reinforce their opinions.
And then, they tell that they don't have anything against gay people. How hypocritical!
I'm a total supporter of defending gay, lesbians, transexuals, bisexuals rights (Specially now, that my best friend has told me he's bi)
