BroadwayWorld.com has their day after opening night video up! I'm sure they'll have more media for the show soon, opening night arrivals and such. www.broadwayworld.com/videoplay.cfm?colid=51522I wish I could see the show. If the preview video makes me laugh I know I'd love it.

David is perfect in the role. I'm just back from NY and horribly jetlagged. I'll report on the play when I can do it justice. I'm reliving it with this video. It's got some of my favourite parts.

Really nice to see some footage. Though I am hoping those aren't the funniest bits! From what reviews are saying, however, it's relying a lot on its cast's charm to get laughs ...

Absolutely gorgeous Vanity Fair video HERE. "The play was written in 1934, but the humour and everything are so - it could have been written in 1935." ;D

Yes it was wonderful seeing it on the second night nycisbliss! I just found this video from the opening night, including interviews with David and the rest of the cast. www.broadway.tv/broadway-features-reviews/accent-on-youth-opening-night-video/#page=1Now we all know David is kind and dreamy and hilarious, but I particularly noticed Charles Kimbrough's comment that David is always so "calm, cool and collected". I must say I've met him at the stage door a few times now and that's what always stands out for me. Especially after Accent on Youth when I was flapping about with my camera until he very politely suggested he'd sign other people's autographs and come back to me when I was ready. I think that's what makes him a leader. I aspire to be that cool, but it aint gonna happen.

I like what David Furr says as well, that watching DHP rehearse is both "educational and hilarious."
