Hello all! I've been lurking here for a few months and finally decided to join. I recently had a Frasier rewatch (and watched the whole series for the first time since it aired in about...three weeks) and resdiscovered my love for DHP. I also discovered some fanfiction - something I didn't even know existed when Frasier first aired. I've read some of the stories on fanfiction.net (The Story of Us being my absolute favorite). But I have to say, a lot of what is there is kind of slim pickings. I am intrigued by some of the ones listed here - my question is - where can I read them? Is there some secret community I am unaware of? If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it! Hi and welcome to the forum!!!! The main website is fanfiction. You have lots of fics there. I would not say a secret community, but almost. Personally I got them in websites that are closed now. I also wrote to the writers or people to had them so they sent me a copy. I have lots of them (about 600). If you are interested I can send you the list of fics and the ones you want  |

I'd love that! Seems like the fic is hit or miss (like most fic, really) but the ones that are good are REALLY good. Thanks!

On FF.net I'd especially recommend the work of Linnaea, big tears, Amy de Kanter and Eve. Niles/Daphne stuff done in a very non-sappy, well-written way. |

I have been reading some and I too have noticed alot is too do with Niles being sick etc.. Though one of the best ones i have read so far is love in dreams it was really well written one that put me off though was one where roz tells Fraiser how she loved him well written but still I can't imgine Roz to say anything like that.

I have been reading some and I too have noticed alot is too do with Niles being sick etc.. Yes, that's a rather odd trend ... certain authors love to put Niles in the helpless, passive, damsel in distress role! ;D |

Hi meant to post sooner but I have to sya very good again. THough what do yousthink of the idea mixed with vampyires. Firts its set in the past and all characters do make sense what do think its just an idea that has been paying in my head.

I've only read the fanfics on fanfiction.net. I like most of all the ones I read... I don't remember the author or names of the stories. I have a username there, but I haven't posted any fics yet. I really should... I've got a few that are completed, but I guess I'm nervous/shy... I've only written one fanfic of Frasier and I haven't posted it yet. It's mostly a story about Martin and Eddie. I still want to edit/go through it before I'm comfortable enough to post it.
